Crew (two) showed up on time and made installation quickly. They were replacing some other (unknown - installed years ago by previous owner) brand of gate opener. Amazing how quiet the new gate opener is. We no longer disturb the neighbors with our noisey previous gate opener - though our dogs are not happy as they can no longer tell when the gate is being opened since it is so quiet. A couple of hours after installation the engineer came by to confirm the installation was done right and everything working properly. Highly recommend. Wish I had contacted them sooner. read less
